Chrissy graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Flinders University in 2016. She has 5 years of experience in private practice, treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, as well as 3 years of experience in hospitals, predominantly in the orthopedic wards. She has also undertaken additional training in Dry Needling and Pilates.
Chrissy’s love for physiotherapy began when she was exposed to many musculoskeletal and sports injuries whilst playing soccer. This fostered her interest in the management and treatment of injuries through physiotherapy. She loves helping patients achieve an optimal health outcome using evidence based practice and finds being a physiotherapist such a rewarding career.
Employing a goal-specific and patient-centered care approach is Chrissy’s treating philosophy. She aims to improve the quality of life and functional ability of patients through education, management, exercise and hands-on treatment of injuries and conditions.
