Jessica has a holistic approach to physiotherapy and likes to integrate traditional Chinese and traditional Māori healing philosophies into her work. Her aim is to help empower people through using a hands-on, collaborative approach, education and understanding. She is a big believer that wellness is more than just looking at the physical body.
