Bella graduated from the University of South Australia in 2019 and has worked in various settings including private practice, hospital and community-based physiotherapy. Whilst studying at university, Bella developed a strong passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives, particularly those with neurological conditions. Here at The Physio Clinic, Bella works as a part of our Rehabilitation and Hospital teams.
Currently, Bella is also working as a clinical educator at the University of South Australia guiding both undergraduate and graduate-entry students through their neurological placement.
Bella strongly believes in person-centred care and an evidence-based treatment approach consisting of education, self-management, and clinical exercise. She believes that building a strong relationship with her clients, and having a clear understanding of their lives outside of the clinic, is key to treating her clients.
Bella’s areas of interest include:
- Neurological physiotherapy
- Stroke rehabilitation
- Movement disorders
- Orthopaedic rehabilitation post-surgery
Outside of work, Bella loves being in nature, trying new culinary experiences and doing jigsaw puzzles.
FUN FACT: Bella is bilingual and can fluently speak English and Korean!
