    Position Available:

    Senior Physiotherapist – Clinic Team Leader

    • Full-time permanent position
    • Flexible hours, limited weekend work
    • Join a great team that includes a Practice Manager, two Clinic Team Leaders, one Hospital Team Leader, 12 Clinic Physiotherapists and seven Hospital Physiotherapists.

    This is a rare opportunity to work in a full-time, permanent position as a Clinic Team Leader in a brand-new, purpose-built physiotherapy practice in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs.

    The Team Leader’s role is to effectively manage the clinic’s operations to ensure that both operational standards and service standards are met. This will involve facilitating operational requirements of the position, working in a clinical and managerial role with the Directors, Clinic and Hospital Team Leaders, physiotherapy and administration staff.

    You will have the opportunity to work alongside physiotherapists with decades of experience and post-graduate qualifications in manipulative, orthopaedic, paediatric and neurological physiotherapy.

    Duties:

    Lead, manage and monitor all physiotherapy staff within the Physiotherapy Clinic Team and to promote the highest standards of patient care in all clinical areas.

    Determine and implement the strategic vision for the Physiotherapy Clinic Team.

    Appropriately represent physiotherapy within the organisation at relevant meetings and forums and externally.

    Coordinate research and program evaluation activities with the Physiotherapy Clinic Team in conjunction with The Physio Clinic Director and Physiotherapy Clinic and Hospital Team Leaders.

    Qualifications, skills and experience:

    Current AHPRA Registration.

    Minimum of five years relevant postgraduate physiotherapy experience and knowledge of physiotherapy management and clinical service provision in a healthcare setting.

    Acknowledged by your professional peers as a clinical expert and/or you have broad and relevant clinical experience in your area of expertise.

    Demonstrated effective leadership, management and networking skills.

    Extensive experience in the supervision and professional development of physiotherapists, students and support staff.
