    Often people take up a gym membership and do not get the most use out of it as they wanted. There could be numerous reasons for this. One reason could be that you don’t like that style of gym environment.

    Maybe there are far too many people in the area. Maybe you have tried a class at the gym and found that it is not what you are looking for or you have left feeling more sore than you wanted.

    At The Physio Clinic, our gym base exercise programs are specific to you and you only. You have an initial consultation with our physiotherapist to determine your goals. You are then taken through your individual program to understand how to perform each exercise.

    It is then your choice, along with discussion with your physiotherapist, as to whether our on-site gym base supervised exercise classes are best suited to you, or maybe you are ready to take up one of our gym memberships.

    Our gym classes are physiotherapist supervised, and have a maximum of 4 other people in the same class. You get the individual attention with the small class size and the experienced gym physiotherapist to ensure you are performing your exercises correctly. Adaption or progression can occur as you attend more classes.

    The other option could be to take up a gym membership. Majority of the time you will be in the gym on your own with no one else there taking over the equipment. You have unlimited gym access and have full access to new equipment and machines. There is always a physiotherapist onsite to help if needed.
